Germany Expert from IFM-GEOMAR Visited BCC

Invited by BCC, Prof. Martin Visbeck, Deputy Director of Leibniz-Institut fuer Meereswissenschaften (IFM-GEOMAR) and Head of Research Unit "Physical Oceanography", IFM-GEOMAR, visited BCC and delivered a report on “From climate assessment to climate services: An oceanographers perspective on the third World Climate Conference (WCC-3)” on 26 August 2008. Dr. Xiao Ziniu, Deputy Director-General of BCC chaired the seminar, nearly 20 experts and graduate students joined the discussion in the seminar.
