Dr. Jun Matsumoto, chief scientist of MAHASRI (Monsoon Atmosphere and Hydrological Science of Asian Monsoon Research and Inspection) project and geography professor from City University of Tokyo, Japan visited BCC on Nov. 13, 2006. He had friendly exchanges and discussion with Dr. Yu Rucong (Deputy Administrator/CMA) and Dr. Dong Wenjie (Director-General/BCC) on the cooperation of Asian monsoon research. Earlier, he also had a discussion with Academician Ding Yihui/BCC.
