From the end of Nov. to the 1st dekad of Dec., violent storm and snow attacked West, Central and Northeast of U.S. since its winter began.
Violent storm and snow attacked West of U.S. in the last dekad of November. On Nov. 30th, central and west states suffered violent storm and snow. From the evening of December 1 to the morning of December 2, the scope of violent storm and snow expanded to northeast of U.S. The violent storm and snow had greatly influenced the electricity supply and transport. Until December 5th, at least 19 people were killed and more than 240 million homes without electricity.
