Because of the continuous few precipitation in recent 5 years, Australia is facing severe drought. The monitoring showed that the southeast and south Australia suffers severe drought, among them, Meri-Darling basin (Australia's main agricultural areas) is extremely lack of water. Australia experience continuous years drought on record, and causes the agricultural large underproduction. Some cities had to implement the strict limit measures, and great influence the water for life and industrial consumption.
