On the New Year's Eve in lunar calendar, Dr. Qin Dahe, administrator of CMA, came to the CMO in person to see the forecasters on duty. On behalf of the Committee of the Communist Party of China at CMA, Dr. Qin hopes everyone spend a happy Spring Festival and a blessed year of monkey.
In his intimate talk with Prof. Yang Keming, who is honored with the national labor model, Dr. Qin pointed out that CMO had obtained great achievements in every aspect of the work in 2003 and he hoped a greater progress would be made in the new year by the continuous innovations.
The faculty in accompany with the administrator include Xu Xiaofeng, deputy administrator of CMA, Mr. Sun Xianjian, group leader of the Committee of the Communist Party of China at CMA, and etc.
