On 20 September 2007, approximately 40 foreign students of Training Course for Officials of Meteorological Management in Developing Countries from NUIST visited BCC. They were mainly from developing countries from Asia, Africa and South America. Dr. Yan Yuping warmly received the guests and briefly introduced the operation and scientic research of BCC.
