On 8 October 2007, Dr. Louis Uccellini, Director of NCEP, Dr. JI Ming, Director of Ocean Forecast Center, and Mr. William Bolhofer, foreign affairs officer of NOAA, visited BCC.
Dr. Yan Yuping and Dr. Zhang Peiqun received the guests and answered the questions on climate system prediction and climate model updating.
