Heavy rain has caused flooding in the US states since the first dekad in June, 20 people have died and 30 thousands of people have been evacuated. Lowa and its largest cities Des Moines and Cedar Rapids have been particularly badly hit, the water level of many rivers in the state had break their historical records, including Cedar River reached its highest record since 1851. Most of the state suffered the flood, large number of crops was destroyed, 15 people have died and thousands of people have been evacuated at least.
