In the first dekad, the region of East Coast US sustained high temperatures, and at least 17 people have died. Specially, from 7 to 10 the daily maximum temperature of New York reached or exceeded 35 ℃, and its daily mean temperature has been 5 ~ 9 ℃ higher than the same period in history.
