At 11:06 a.m. Sep.3 Geneva time the Chinese Academician Qin Dahe of China Meteorological Administration was reelected consecutively as the Co-chair of the working group I of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). During his term he will lead the group to finish the fifth assessment report on climate change by 2014.
