At about 21:30 of September 17, after the Paralympic closing ceremony ended, Zheng Guoguang, Administrator of CMA as well as Leader of the Olympic meteorological service leading group and Niu Youcheng, Member of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, went to Beijing Olympic Meteorological Service Center to telephone to Ji Lin, Member of Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Vice Governor of Beijing to congratulate the successful Olympic meteorological service.
First of all, Zheng Guoguang congratulated the successful Olympics and Paralympics on behalf of CMA. He also expressed his gratitude to Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Government of Beijing who have greatly supported the work of Beijing Olympic Meteorological Service Center. He sent special gratitude to Niu Youcheng who have gone to Beijing Olympic Meteorological Service Center to guide the meteorological service for several times.
Zheng expressed that the excellent Olympic meteorological service came from the 7-year hard-working.
Ji Lin congratulated the successful Olympic meteorological service and expressed that the meteorological department greatly supported the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games.
