The deep depression (equivalent to tropical storm in intensity) in the Arabian Sea is currently located about 400 km east to southeast of Alula, Somalia. It is forecast to move westward to northwestward. No further intensification is expected. RSMC New Delhi Tropical Cyclone Centre is watching the system and providing guidance to the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services in the area.
