On August 18, according to spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Qing Gang, invited by World Meteorological Organization, Vice Premier Hui Liangyu will lead a delegation to attend World Climate Conference-3 and will deliver a speech.
It is reported that WCC-3 will be held from August 31 to September 4 in Geneva, Switzerland. The theme is “Climate prediction and information for decision-making”.
